The PDC is a Police training facility (the roads) and a Truck Driving training facility (the large concert square). Unfortunately it is not open to the public but the kart groups rent it out by the day. It is a great facility with the exception of a few bumps here and there it is a blast to run!

If you join KCKA, you are then able to practice at the Liberty track anytime there is not a race or work day going on. Just need to remember that practice is always at your own risk when it is not a race day.

Yeah the facility looks like a blast! I will definately be joining KCKA as soon as I get a kart..maybe this weekend. Thanks again everyone for the help!!(and patience for all my rookie questions!)
