Class Veterans

Calling All Veterans, Tuners and Guru's of their respective classes

One of the initiatives we need to implement moving forward is a panel of veterans (right here on this page). This would be a listing of veteran members that are willing to mentor a little and pay it forward to those just joining, wanting to join the club or just any others in the club. This would not be something that would require any major amount of time, just a willingness to help others and accept an occasional phone call or email to answer someones question.

This sport is very daunting from the outside looking in. I'm not suggesting that all of the family speed secret's need to be given away. Half the fun in this sport is learning how to tune and discovering little nuggets on your own. But it can also very enjoyable to help other racers along especially when they are new.

This listing would be most beneficial to individuals that are new to the club, looking to purchase equipment or that have just purchased equipment and will have lots of questions. We need to make our club as approachable as possible with a direction for people to turn with questions. While we all know that everyone is very helpful to each other on race day, this list is really for those new to the club that don't know who we are individually.

We certainly can and should have more than one person per category listed. We can add a more descriptive info to each list with all classes, chassis sizes, ages etc.
